Managing my time at work
As a Co-Op student working the Accounts Payable department, a typical day can be quite busy due to unpredictability nature of the industry. In order to ensure I meet deadlines and attend meetings on time, I use the help on my calendar on outlook which is synced on to my phone, so that meting room details on hand, incase of back to back meetings. Below is a picture of an example how I use my calendar. The timings on the left and the date and day on top guide me through meetings and events throughout a day.
